County Declares Emergency Due to Severe Weather; Offices Closed Sept. 27

Dawson County Government offices will be closed Friday, September 27, 2024, due to forecasted severe weather from Tropical Storm Helene.

Dawson County Board of Commissioners Chairman Billy Thurmond and others have declared a local emergency (see attached documents).
