Job Summary:
This position is typically responsible for the maintenance and repair of county owned buildings.

Job Requirements:
Applicant must be at least 18 years of age, have ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations at a level commonly associated with the completion of high school equivalent. A GED or high school diploma is preferred. Applicant must have five (5) years of experience in building maintenance and remodeling.  Experience working in a Detention Center or Jail Facility is preferred.  Applicant must have possession of or the ability to readily obtain a driver’s license issued by the State of Georgia and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record. Applicant must be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen.
