Plat: A recorded plat is required for all building permits and is available at the Dawson County Clerk of Courts office (1st floor).

Please visit the Fire Marshal's web page for information on reviewing and approving site and architectural plans/details for all new commercial and assembly-use building construction and plan approval for existing building remodels.  The Fire Marshal's Office is the point of contact for tenant change permits that do not propose any structure or building component modification.
