Salary: $56,448.92 Annually/ DOQ
**Plus $1 per hour med unit incentive
**Plus opportunity for one-time $2,000 sign-on incentive
Status: Full-Time/Hourly/Non-Exempt

Job Summary:
Performs a variety of emergency operations to protect lives and property in simultaneous fire suppression, search and rescue, and patient care activities and assures that all emergency equipment remains ready at all times to respond to emergency and non-emergency situations.
Job Requirements:
Applicant must be at least 18 years of age, possess a GED or high school diploma, Emergency Medical Technician certification (EMT-B), Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification, First Class Firefighter's Certification or NPQ I, Georgia Basic Firefighters certification. A valid class E or F driver’s license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), good verbal and written communications, have some knowledge of applicable state laws and county ordinances and ability to communicate with the public on a daily basis. Applicant must be able to pass a Physical Agility Test along with Background Check and Drug Screen.
