Department: Dawson County Parks & Recreation
Salary: $22.41 Hourly/DOQ
Status: Full-Time/Hourly/Non-Exempt

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for development, planning, organizing, advertising, implementing and supervising programs, events, activities, facility usage and special projects for all ages and interests in the community and is under general supervision of the Recreation Director,
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education, Sports Management or Leisure Services. A course of study related to the job may be accepted if combined with experience greater than three to five years. The applicant should be able to sufficiently and thoroughly understand the diverse objectives and functions of the service areas, division and department in order to direct and coordinate work. Applicants must possess a valid Georgia driver’s license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Applicants must pass a background check and drug screening.
