Job Title: Accountant- EMS Billing and Accounting

Salary: $22.96 Hourly/DOQ
Status: Part-Time/Hourly/Non-Exempt

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for performing general accounting functions including reconciliation, account analysis, financial reporting, and assisting with other accounting duties for the County.
Job Requirements:
Applicant must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field from an accredited college or university. Experience and knowledge of finance, financial systems, budgeting, financial outlooks, business controls, and audit interface including basic accounting practices, preferably governmental generally accepted accounting principles. Applicant must possess a driver’s license issued by the State of Georgia and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Applicant must pass a background check and drug screening.
