Juvenile Traffic Diversion

Dawson County Juvenile Court now offers a Juvenile Traffic Diversion Program for certain first time juvenile traffic offenses that do not involve an accident. If you received a letter from the Juvenile Court regarding your child's traffic citation, please ensure to contact the Juvenile Court Intake Officer/Probation Officer as soon as possible to confirm your appointment.  

There is a Traffic Diversion Program Fee. Payment for this program fee must be made to the Dawson County Clerk of Court's Office, located at 25 Justice Way, Dawsonville, GA 30534.
