Civil Plans

Staff recommends a pre-submittal meeting be held with staff to discuss the process.  Please get in touch with smorgan@dawsoncountyga.gov

The submittal packet must be sent via:  https://dawsoncountyga-energovpub.tylerhost.net/Apps/SelfService#/home

shall include a PDF of plans, a hydrology study, a tree preservation and replacement plan, and a recorded plat.

There is a $1,400.00 review/application fee.             

Final submittal: Two (2) stamped plan sets, the digital pdf.  

Plan stamps can be wet-sealed or electronic.
