WATER AEROBICS
Join this mix of exciting, dynamic, low impact moves to challenge any fitness level! Work every muscle group in one work-out. This class will build lean muscle tissue while scorching body fat all at the same time. This class allows individuals to participate who might physically be unable to in a traditional land-based exercise environment. Aquatic fitness classes offer a safe, comfortable, and efficient way for people of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels to get and stay fit. Best of all, you will burn about 700 calories or more in this 1-hour class!
ALL participants MUST complete a Registration Form and Medical History Form prior to participating.

- Tuesdays & Thursdays
- Session 1: June 4-27, 2024
- Session 2: July 9-August 1, 2024

- Three 4-week sessions
- Ages 18+
- Fee: $70 per session
- $15/drop-in
- 10% discount if registering for all 3 sessions in advance

*Due to pool availability limitations, evening classes canceled due to inclement weather will be made up Monday evenings.
Classes not reaching the required minimum participation level of 8 persons per class by the end of registration will be canceled. Full refunds will be given for canceled classes.
