Parks and Recreation Inclement Weather Closings and Cancellations for January 10, 11, and 12, 2025

FRIDAY, JANUARY 10, 2025:

  • Parks and all facilities will be CLOSED.
  • All activities are CANCELLED. Information on rescheduling will be sent out at a later date.

SATURDAY, JANUARY 11, 2025:

  • Basketball games/practices and are CANCEL LED. Information on rescheduling will be sent
  • out at a later date.
  • Indoor renta ls are currently still on, as scheduled, but are subject to cancellation if weather
  • conditions worsen.
  • Outdoor activities (travel baseball/softball) are CANCELLED due to poor field conditions.

SUNDAY, JANUARY 12, 2025:

  • Parks/facilities will be open regular Sunday hours. All indoor activities/rentals are currently
  • still on, as scheduled, but are subject to cancellation if weather cond itions worsen.
  • Outdoor activities (cricket, travel baseball/softball) are CANCELLED due to poor field
  • conditions.

UPDATES WILL BE DISTRIBUTED VIA EMAIL, TEXT, AND SOCIAL MEDIA.
Since offices will be closed on Friday (due to inclement weather) and closed on the weekend (normal
protocol), staff will not be available to receive phone calls or emails until Monday, January 13.
